Arike Ogunbowale
Arike Ogunbowale (born April 2, 1985) is an American professional player of the basket ball. She is part of the Dallas Wings and the Women's National Basketball Association. She played for Notre Dame Fighting Irish in the college level before being selected as the 5th overall pick by the Wings at the 2019 WNBA draft. Arike Ogunbowale was a Milwaukee Wisconsin native born to Yolanda Ogunbowale. Mario Ogunbowale and Dare Ogunbowale are both 20-years old. Being the youngest of her siblings she was the one who was most spoilt by her parents. Gregory his father served with the Nigerian Army. Ogunbowale comes from an active lineage of family members. Ogunbowale was crowned gold at the 2013 U16 FIBA Americas Championships and 2014 FIBA U17 World Championships, and the 2013 3x3 FIBA U18 Championships. She was named the USA Youth Olympic Women's Basketball Team on July 7, 2014. Ogunbowale is also a part of the ACC All-Freshman Team, after her first season in a college.
